It is a pawn shop. I saw the link for the guys's email and saw his address was bargaintrain(AT)kingpawn.com. So I went to www.kingpawn.com and found out it is definitely a pawn shop.
I've got to go to work now, but if any of you have the time, you might want to try and call the pawn shop and see if you can get the serial number from this horn they're auctioning off. Then we'll know for sure.
