He stated that the name of the victim and the name on the ticket didn't match. This tells me that he has that information on computer file as well as paper. State law usually requires the paper ticket. Computer tickets make it easier to find. He sounded like the kind of guy who wanted to do legitimate business and was willing to help return the tuba to the owner.
