Well, I wasn't going to bring it up again, but since you asked..... ;-)
For anyone looking for a nice sounding, 6/4 rotary F tuba, I have a Meinl Weston 45s on consignment at Dillon's.
It is a 6/4 F, with 5 rotary valves.
The horn is in GREAT shape (NO scratches or dents!).
Great intonation & sound. Great low register (German F tuba-wise).
The horn is about 1 1/2 years old, and as you can see, it is in absolutely PRISTINE shape, no dents what so ever, and it has a nice sound. I went to a 4/4 F tuba, wanting a small sound for chamber music, which is why this horn has made its way to Dillon's.
