I would not be surprised. While I was in Europe, I noticed that the manufacturers introduced their new price lists, as well as their new offerings for the year, on or about March 1st. This generally coincides with the Frankfurt Musik Messe in late February or the first week of March.
If we expect prices to go up, we can be pleasantly surprised if they don't.
