The wideness of the bell is a factor.
In another situation, I have rolled a bit of what we call gaffa (maybe you call it duct tape) around the rubber seal of a DW baritone practising mute to make it fit my Kanstul G marching baritone. Not much, as it still works on my old B&H Imperial Bb baritone.
I have both the DW and the Silent Brass euph practise mutes. The SB is a bit better in tune. The DW lets especially the higher range rise in pitch, where the SB lets it go a tiny bit flat.
