I just sold my bass trombone and bought a new one (total cost to upgrade, $500 not including shipping, auction fees, etc.) In return, the wife got a large bottle of her favorite (and very expensive) perfume, and a new Palm Pilot M125 (grayscale screen) with a leather case and rechargeable batteries. Her first response, "I wanted color."
