As far as I know, Ed Goldstein is not the tuba teacher at West Virginia. According to the web site, David McCollum is the tuba teacher. When I saw your post, I immediately looked this up to find out. Ed was my teacher at Towson State University and I probably would have heard if he started teaching at WVU.
