Good idea, but if I understand Kenneth Sloan correctly it won't work.
In order to get the water out of the 4th valve, he says he has to put some air behind it. The only way to get air through the 4th valve tube is to hold the buttom down and blow the water through the water key there.
For pulling and dumping, venting valves works great.
