Nelhybel:
Chorale, Corsican Litany, Symphonic Movement, and Trittico

Nixon (maybe Nelson, can't remember):
Resonances I

Barnes:
Impressions of Japan

MacBeth:
They Hung Their Harps in the Willows
Wine From These Grapes

Schwantner:
...and the mountains rising nowhere

Schumann:
When Jesus Wept

Boysen:
I am
Conversations With the Night

It's kind of disappointing that so many people list transcriptions as favorite band pieces, but I guess it's a testament to what the wind ensemble can do for a piece... so here's my favorite band transcription:

Shostakovich:
Prelude in Eb (originally for piano)

least favorite for band, or any combination of instruments for that matter:
anything with the word "Sousa" in the upper right hand corner (please, I don't want to start anything; I've been through it before, heheh)
