Some GREAT arrangements of stuff perfect for church services are available through Highland Music Press. I have played quite a few of their works and I can tell you that Sterling Procter and Dennis Klophaus have really done some wonderful arrangements that feature flexible instrumentation. Definitely worth checking out!
