Here are a few numbers I can think of offhand in the grade 3-4 (by Virginia standards) range I have done over the years. My apologies in advance for any incorrectly spelled names, etc. (they kind of all run together after awhile;^):

Northwood Festival by David Gorham
Nordic Sketches by Pierre La Plante
Shenandoah arr. by Persichetti (sorry about the spelling I'm sure)
A Copland Tribute arr. by Clare Grundman
any of Grundman's rhapsodies
Cambridge Park Overture by David Gorham
Star Above, Shine Brightly by Brian Balmages
Winter Dances by Brian Balmages
Hatikvah by Elliot del Borgo (I think)
Bravada Esprit by David Schaffer
Seagate Overture by Jim Swearingen (actually an easy grade 5)
Royal Brigade by Frank Erickson
Rhythm of the Winds by Frank Erickson
Chanson and Bouree by Frank Erickson
Serengeti by John Higgins (easy 4)
Sierra by Elliot del Borgo (easy 4)
Sundance by Quincy Hilliard
An American Celebration by ??? (new piece my group performed after 9/11 that I would consider a mid-3 or very easy 4)

Sorry I can't remember more...hope at least one of these will work for you. Best of luck!!

Josh
