I probably shouldn't do this, but here goes. With all due respect sir, I think you are being a bit unfair. I checked the Dillon Music Web page and looked for used tubas in the 1,800-2,500 range and I found a BBb of anonymous maker, an old Besson Eb, and a four vavle Conn 2J CC. I would consider my Kalison to be of much greater value, and probably more useful and versatile, than any of these tubas. They're not Hirsbrunners by any stretch of the imagination, but I think they are far from junk! Just my two cents....
