I played that model Jupiter tuba at OMEA last week (Oklahoma). I actually liked it quite a bit. I would be reluctant to buy Jupiter for a school setting, but would recommend them to some tubists as a personal horns.
You can often but a horn at trade show, but not usually directly from the Manufaturer. When I used to work for Yamaha, we would sell instruments off of the floor, but the transaction and price are handles through a dealer.
