You are selling a St. Petersburg? Wow, those are crummy tubas, you must be really good if you got into ASU on one of those. Have you made up your mind about what kind of horn to buy? I, among many others, have always been under the belief that you need a big and small horn. Even if you have a physically large Eb tuba, that wouldn't cut it as far as producing the same tone quality as a CC tuba, regardless of its size. I've heard ASU is a great tuba school, so I'm sure the professor knows exactly what he is doing when he tells you to only buy an Eb tuba. Can you post back his reasoning for this?
