McMaster-Carr has clock springs.... except they call them 'constant force springs'. You will still have to anneal the ends to form the bends but they may have something close in size to what you need. Also, in my experience, the most common place for a clock spring to break is right at the end. If so, just anneal the end and make a new bend. The spring function should not be affected by losing a bit of length.
