The Korg CA30 Tuner retails for $34.95 and the Korg MA30 retails for $32.00 for a total of $66.95 plus tax. That is a far cheaper price than I paid back in the day when I had to buy the bulky tuners and metronomes.
It would seem to me that if most students could buy these supplies at one time from a well-stocked school bookstore, it would be a different matter all together.
