Daryl, which school do you teach at? One of my "retirement fantasies" is to go to a repair school. I don't know if I'm crazy enough to do it.
I took a "career interest test" here at work a few years ago...and what came out on top was bench work (which, here, at a utility, would be working on meters or relays.) The young professional woman who "graded" the test sort of glossed over that result, and tried to point me at second place, which was some kind of alternative medicine. She could NOT understand that a female could actually like that kind of thing. Ha!
