I purchased a slightly earlier version of the Cerveny 654-6 from Lee a few years back, and owned it for about a year until I traded it for a YFB-621 he had. The Amati/Cerveny horn does have a "quint" 5th valve (RH Thumb) and a 1/2 step (probably long half step) 6th valve, operated by the left hand. IIRC, the low BBb was reasonable, but the horn did have the typical rotary F response for the low C. It was manageable, but not nearly as easy as the YFB-621, which is one of the best F tubas in this respect.
