I've emailed Dave on many occasions and the response was always prompt, polite, and helpful. Maybe they've just been really busy lately, but the email method has always worked for me.
Dave on the east coast and Tony Clements on the west are the two best at responding to emails that I know of, so I'd check the address you're using. If this was lately that virus could have had something to do with it.
