...though I could easily be classified as a "deadbeat" customer.

The emails to Mike, admittedly, seem to be answered faster than those to Dave.

Like others suggested, call 'em. If talkin' to 'em ain't worth you spending $1.50, why are you bothering to attempt to communicate with 'em anyway?
