I think that you can buy it below (this may be a grey-market item). This was a made-for-TV movie made in 1982 by PBS.
Personally, I like to read or listen to Shep more than look at his movies. If you're interested, I think I can dig up the "Halftime Sousaphone" show he did for radio...
