Here's my take on the big Martin BBb. The production 6/4 BBbs that I've tried all seemed to be real air-hogs, so I decided to try a short leadpipe and smaller bore to gain better air-efficiency. This horn has a huge sound with good core and focus, but doesn't require a 6 liter lung capacity to drive it. It's very easy to play in tune.
The bore plan is the same as Conn uses on the 52j; first three valves are .687", 4th is .734" and 5th is 19mm(.748").
I have parts to make a couple more of these if anyone's interested.
