The fifth valve in the picture is exactly like the 5th valve on the F, so I assume the same parts were used. It looks like the F tuba branch without the extender, but it looks like he has it pulled to tune it for a slightly flat half-step on the CC. That would be easy enough to do with the stock parts. I'm not sure if that would be enough to bring 2-4-5 into tune on the low F with me playing it, and it may be that he's using it for some other purpose. It may even be a sharp half-step, to bring the low F into tune with 1-4-5.
With the extender, the fifth-valve branch extends up a little beyond the top bow, and shown in the picture of mine above. In the picture, you can see the extender clearly.
