It is identical to the VMI 3302 which is a good horn.(WWBW sell the VMI 3302 for 4200)
In my opinion its a good horn to if you are going to make a blind stab at buying interms of quality. Large bore will be a hella lot more free blowing than you might be used to and also as a result of the bore, it has a huge throw in the valves which might take some getting use to since you've been playing a short action sousaphone most likely.
I opted for the 2103 since it has a bit smaller bore and the rotaries are easier to handle.
There is a lot writen in the archieve about the horn to.
You might wanna consider the King 2341 which would be closest to characteristics of the sousa and is about the same price. (wwbw.com has a couple used for a little more with case.)
