The last time i had my horn cleaned professionally, i got to watch the guy put my horn back together. He simply used a small flashlight, and a small mirror on the end of a stick to line the ports up. It takes some getting used to to be able to use it, but i'm sure it would be a little cheaper than buying some sort of camera like you're refering to.
