Funny you should mention the oil thing...I got tired of #1 hanging up for no apparent reason and literally soaked it in "Marvel's Mystery Oil" for a while. Then I wiped it down good and coated it with standard valve oil. It was kind of slow at first but after a while it really seemed to have helped.
Yup, my Mpc looks like a funnel. I guess it's my chops that need work :)
