I am sure your horn is probably OK, but I am scared to death of "econo overhauled" horns that have been stripped, buffed, and relaquered. Particularly when they try to get scratches out. A less than careful job can permanently ruin an otherwise good horn. I would rather buy an "ugly" horn and just strip and hand polish it myself, and keep the buffing wheel as far away as possible.
