I have a friend who flew with his HB21 on united and they managed to destroy his walt johnson case. His horn survived with only a loose solder joint but the case was destroyed. I think he was able to get reimbursed for the case after quite a long delay. I am a former United employee who lost his job due to outsourcing so I am biased against them but I would stay far away from them if the treat their customers anything like they treat/mistreat their employees.
