To me, the 2165 is not that bad of a horn. At a cost of around $10,000, it is very competitive with other instruments of that genre. I would pick the Pt-7P over it though.

I am not that enamoured with the 2155. It doesn't really jump out at me like the PT-6P, which is a direct competitor. The Perantucci PT-6P is one of the hottest horns right now and one of the best sellers. If the PT-6P did not exist, then opinions of the 2155 may be more exciting, but the 2155 matured a little too late, in my opinion. B&S beat them to the punch in the big 4/4 tuba market, and did a better job.
