Hey Folks,
Well, I've decided I have too many tuba mutes, so I guess I'll sell
some. I've got 3 for sale.
1. A Denis Wick aluminum "precision" straight mute. I don't think I ever
even used this one... just thought it looked neat ;-)
2. A Humes & Berg stone lined cup mute (wood). Cool sound. Used maybe 3
or 4 times. Looks brand new - just like the Wick.
3. A Humes & Berg stone lined "Symphonic" aluminum straight mute. This
one has a few "battle wounds", but overall is about 90% "like new"
All three are of the "normal" 4/4 tuba size - Hirsbrunner HB-21/2P,
Yamaha 822's, CB/G 50's, etc., etc...
All three of them cost well over $100, new. But, I just want to get them
out of my house so I have more room to put other useless stuff in here
;-) I'll let the Wick and the H & B cup mute go for $75 a piece, and the
H & B straight mute for $60. Or, if anybody wants all 3 of 'em, they're
yours for $200.
I don't have the boxes, so shipping might not be so fun. If you are
gonna be at the upcoming Ft. Myer conference and want them, drop me a
line and I'll bring 'em to the show for you.
