Bushrod,
Could you tell me a little about your horn? I have a dent-free leadpipe and valve section from a 1911 Conn 15J tuba- in silver-plate, no less! What is the bore size of your tuba? Is the main tuning slide before or after the valve section? This instrument, as a three upright valve BBb tuba, has a marvelous low range, but it is about to become a 5-valve CC tuba in my shop. Therefore, the original leadpipe is available, if you need one. Please feel free to contact me at my E-mail, or (770) 603-0925.
Sincerely,
-Lee Stofer
