Hola Tuba Comrades...
I, after along wait, recieved a small booklet (no prices given though) of the tubas Perantucci produces. It came right from the factory (with cool German stamps and all). I was very impressed with what I got back. I have never played one of these horns, so can anyone tell me how they are. I have found a liking for the "Neptune" model, because I am looking for a large full orchestral horn, but I would believe the for such a horn would be outrageous, so I found the next best horn. THe PT-6 looks like it would fit what I a am looking for. The PT-6:
*CC-Tuba 5/4 "B&S-Perantucci",
*5-Rotary valves,
*5th valve: one-tone slide w/ two tone extension,
*Graduated bore: 19-21 mm (.748-.827"),
*Bell Diameter: 480 mm (19"),
*Height: 102 cm (40"),
Any information you can provide me on this horn, or just your general oppionion on the brand, Perantucci, I would greatly appreciate. thanks to you all
-Your Amigo, Antonio
