Bobo recorded it for NPR on a live broadcast in late 1988 (I think!). This is by far the best recording to get. I've heard all the other ones. Everybody else does it well but I think Bobo actually captured John Williams' intentions (especially the most difficult mvmnt, the 2nd!!) better then anyone else. It was Bobo who sat down with John to make the changes between the unpublished (with the bitch lick near the end of the 3rd mvnt.) and the published. There's a brief interview on the recording as well which is is kind of neat. As to where you can get it, well that's another story...........
