The two publishers of the Torchinsky excerpts are Jerona and Encore. I believe that Jerona published the Tchaikovsky and Prokoviev excerpts, but the Prokofiev may be currently out of print, due to copyright issues associated with GATT. Robert King lists them (http://www.rkingmusic.com), as should the other music outlets. I have had particularly good luck with Portland Sheet Music Service (http://www.sheetmusicservice.com) (1-800-452-1133).
