Shame, I am sure it would have had a good home. Despite all that, was the horn, in your estimations, salvagable? I am sure someone salivated over it. I wouldn't have bid on it, the pictures alone scared me away. I did, however, find it interesting that martin made a one piece bell, as I have never encountered one before.
