Tim, I wholeheartedly agree with Gerald J.... you don't have to wait until you are REALLY hurting to go to surgeon like I did. The silly wisdom teeth that God gave us will eventually have to come out anyway; the sooner you have them out, the less discomfort you will have later on in life!
I would like to add a caveat though: make sure that whoever you wind up going to is board certified. If your horn needed repair, wouldn't you take it to the best repair tech? Your teeth need the same consideration.
