I'd have to agree with John on this one. Stay away from Amati, they are junk. Check through the archives on here to get some better ideas of horns that might suit your needs and then talk to companies like Dillons or Custom music or even *ack* the TubaExchange and just see what's out there as far as quality. A tuba is a HUGE investment and you'd be better off researching it and spending a little more and getting a lot more out of the horn.
