Simple query.
Why is it that most pro model CC's have 5 valves whereas most pro model BB's seem to be satisfactory with 4 valves? This is illustrated in both the Yamaha and M/W tuba catalogues. I appreciate that Miraphone seem to make a large number of BB's with 5 valves. Why the variation?
