About 5 years ago I played an excellent concert band version, but as I was just an imported player (brought in on the day to strengthen the section) I can't remember who the arrangement was by or even who the band director was - I think it was a friend or my teacher at the time, who sadly passed away last year. I wish I could be more help, but the version you are looking for does exist (and there is a set of copies someplace in Derbyshire or possibly Yorkshire - somewhere in northern England anyway).
