Gene Pokorny will be performing with the Northwest Symphony Orchestra in Des Plaines, Illinois on Sunday, January 14th at 3:30. It will be in the auditorium of Maine South HS. He's doing Tubby and the Bloch Lodal originally written for flute with strings. I heard it last night and it is and interesting piece of music, he is doing it with an orchestra for the first time. If you are in the area, stop in!
