I would say that the "experts" who do all the talking are somewhat limited.

For example a foremost authority on Jelly Roll Morton is James Dapogny of The University of Michigan. He has been a long-time collaborator with The Smithsonian Institute (Published a huge book of transcribed Morton Piano music with them and did at least one solo album) and made a huge contribution on Jelly Roll Morton in recent publications of The Groves Dictionary! (and I can't even begin to list all his other credits in the area of early jazz).

Just this example would be enough to convince me that the "experts" used was too limited and too many of the same people are on the screen over and over.....
