A friend of mine hwas diagnosed with CTS a few years ago, he got it from using a keyboard wrong, but he went head and had surgery done on his wrists to resolve the problem. He said that since then he has never hadf another problem with his wrists, and the way the surgery is done there is no way for CTS to reoccur. I don't know about you but it makes sence to me to fix the problem right the first time rather than trying to use some over the counter brace that does not gurantee anything. Can't hurt to consult your doctor and get his opnion. My thoughts F.W.I.W.
