That's probably because the US Army Band does not endorse products or companies. That is just a guess from someone way down on the totempole of power. The more likely answer is that we don't know for sure. Many of the vendors wait until the last minute to finalize their booking with the conference. It is usually a mad dash as the very end to get them to commit.
Andy Smith, below, listed several who have been to the conference in the past, but who will be here this year will not be known until the conference is almost over.
