The tuba teacher at APSU, as you probably know, is Gil Long, with the
Nashville Symphony, unless there was a recentchange made. The email
address I have for him is Gil.Long(AT)Vanderbilt.edu. If he cannot help you
out, send me an email and I'll be glad to work with you. I'm in
Nashville and happen to be an APSU alum and on staff there as
well(teaching bass). BTW, there is a pretty decent community band here
that meets every Monday night at Stratfort High School.
