This may sound strange and this may be the wrong site to ask this question (I am a tuba player though) but I'm going to try to explain. I'm an education major and will recieve my bachelor's degree by next year. My emphasize area is business but I've minored in music. However I would like to also have a music ed degree. I've taken two semesters of theory, history, had five semsters of tuba lessons (that is applied music), four semsters of piano profeciency and more than five semester of band which all applies to the minor at my school. However, I'm guessing and hoping that that the same courses that are required for the minor at my school could be the courses that satisfies a major at another school with just a few more classes. I just haven't found the school yet. I'm thinking maybe someone on here may know of such a school or could point me in the right direction. I'm trying to get a music ed degree with less time.
