A lot of people have been using this space as a chance to just argue with each other. My personal idea is that you should try as many of these horns as you can:
St. Pete
King 2340 (the new ones preferably, you'll really like these)
VMI 2103 (I thought they were pretty good)
Jupiter 582 (These were nice as well)
Meinl Weston 25 (a good horn as well)
Any Miraphone BBb
These are all good places to start. If you can find them, there are Conns, Holtons, and other classic horns that are just as good as these. I hope that you find this information useful.
