I agree with Joe S so far, that the likelyhood of finding an original valve
section, that will not call for massive investments in a rehabilitation, is
slim.
But I do not find a YBB321 section the most relevant option. Especially
because of its narrower bore. If you kept the original leadpipe you would
introduce a retrograde step-bore. Which is just about the worst thing I can
imagine so early in the airpath.
I knew, what I would suggest, but I could not find the on-line documentation
until now.
Follow the link. Click B&S under the "Tubas to order" headline up left. Then
click BBb tubas.

The B&S 201 has 4 top pistons of a bore very comparable to that of your
York.
To minimise the reconstruction process and to keep the historical value of
your original York my suggestion would be this one:
Order a complete 201 valve section including leadpipe and all of the slide
tubing from B&S, silver or laquer as needed.
Unmount the original valve section with slides and leadpipe. AND KEEP IT FOR
HISTORICAL DOCUMENTATION!
Mount the B&S valve section.
Sounds very easy, maybe except for the #### of $$ involved.
But there are things to consider:
The B&S 201 leadpipe has a main tuning slide in it. If that is not the case
with your York, then you will have to use the original leadpipe.
On the other hand: if your York also has a tuning slide in the leadpipe,
then this feature adds a lot of flexibility to the mounting of the B&S
section.
Lots of custom length stays will have to be made and mounted. Should be a
minor problem.
And the whole process should start out with some thorough research to make
shure it can be carried through to a working result.
