Hello everyone...Just a quick note to all Oregonians, and people nearby...The Portland Youth Philharmonic will be performing BRUCKNER Sym. No. 8 at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Downtown Portland on Saturday March 2, at 7:30. We will also be doing two preview concerts; one in Salem, the other in Newberg. The Salem concert is Sunday Feb 24, at 3:00 in Hudson Hall at Willamette University. Newberg concert is Wednesday Feb 27, 7:30 in Bauman Auditorium, George Fox University, Newberg, Oregon. You can call the PYP office at 503-223-5939 to order tickets. We have been working on this piece a lot, and trust me it will sound pretty awesome, especially for a youth orchestra! This will be the first time that this work has been performed in Oregon!!! Don't miss this one!!
