It seems that most rotors have ports which are not fully circular. (Perhaps you must take the volume of the exposed casing circumference curve into account also, but I haven't tried the math. Depends on the Dia of case) Plus, there is that lip edge of the rotor that passes by the tubing opening at mid-stroke. I guess that could be removed, a la paxman. Isn't everything a compromise.
Any opinions on the clock-wise vs anti clock-wise rotation strategy anyone??
