You need to get intouch with Mike Forbes from this list. He has a Quartet, (Sotto Voce) with some players of note and has some great arrangements of tunes you would probably be interested in. Check the archive for his email or he may answer your post him self. I heard one of his arrangements during a Navy Band concert last year and got the musis with info he gave me. I also got a few other things from him too. He also has some arrangements on the Tuba Press site at ITEA. I will probably add all his stuff to my collection. Having eight really good Tuba players in our community band makes it easy to get a group of 4 to eight players together and make music. Like Charlie said look at other quartet stuff too in your search not just what is written for Tuba/Euph.
